1981 Pearson Flyer for sale in Asharoken, New York

The sail inventory is one Dacron Main, two mylar jibs, 1 nylon spinnaker, and 1 Dacron Genoa, all in good condition, spinnaker pole included. The engine is a Universal, 11 HP Diesel, repowered in 1995, Model M2-12, in good condition, yard maintained every year probably has 300 hours on the boat engine. I have never had a problem with the engine starting or running. New exhaust manifold installed in 2010. The bottom paint is in good condition . I am also including a 10ft. Mercury Inflatable with a 3.3 Merc outboard ($3,000.00 plus for a new inflatable and outboard) in addition to 400# mooring. New Canvas Cover that was used for on season only (paid $1100 for it)
